All Malaysia deliveries will be ‘standard’ which is 3-5 working days from date of despatch (unless otherwise indicated) and delivered by WOOD ACTIVE SDN. BHD on a pallet using a tail lift lorry with a hand pump truck. (No Fork Lift Truck or Grab Crane)
IMPORTANT: Hand pump trucks cannot move over gravel, stones, soft ground, soil or non level surfaces. The driver will attempt to deliver your pallet as close to your required location as possible however, if this is not possible the delivery will be kerbside.
Delivery Information
Delivery is free for most orders over £100.00 when delivered via our standard delivery network within Malaysia and mainland UK (Excluding some parts of London, SE/W England, Scotland, Highlands, Mid Wales, Northern Ireland and Islands - if unsure ask us before placing an order at info@woodpelletkings.com as these destinations maybe subject to a delivery surcharge) Delivery is made Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and you will be required to sign for your order. If delivery cannot be made then a re-delivery charge of £35 per pallet will be levied
Please keep in mind that the pallet network is currently extremely congested due to a national driver shortage as well as order backlogs. While they strive to deliver pallets within 3-5 working days, please keep in mind that deliveries may take slightly longer than usual on occasion, and we will keep customers updated on their orders if there is a delay.
